Service Charges
Fees and Charges at Air Valet Travels Ltd.
In addition to the fees that may be charged by our travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, car rentals, or cruise lines) for services like baggage, pets, seat selection, or special requests, Air Valet Travels Ltd. may impose additional professional fees for various booking-related activities. All bookings, changes, corrections, and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
Additionally, Air Valet Travels Ltd. reserves the right to charge the following professional fees when services are booked directly with us, whether online or via one of our travel consultants.

Professional fees are non-refundable and will be listed separately on your invoice. All fees are subject to applicable GST.
New Bookings – Professional Fees
The following fees may apply in addition to any charges from suppliers for new bookings (if applied, your invoice will indicate the same):

All Passengers will be informed prior to the Service Fee charge being applied to their booking.

Air Only Reservations $25.00 CAD
Hotel and Car Rentals $25.00 CAD
Pre-packaged Vacations $30.00 CAD
Cruises and Tours $75.00 CAD
All Other Products $75.00 CAD

Changes and Corrections – Professional Fees
If changes or corrections are needed after a booking has been made, the following professional fees apply in addition to any supplier-specific charges:

Name Correction$25.00 - $300.00 CAD
Change of Name$25.00 - $300.00 CAD
Change of Date/Hotel/Destination$100.00 - $300.00 CAD per transaction
Adding a Passenger (which affects occupancy/room category)$50.00 - $300.00 CAD per transaction
Cancellations – Professional Fees
If you need to cancel your booking, the following professional fees will apply:

Within 24 hours of booking$56.00 CAD
More than 24 hours after booking$100.00 CAD
Note: All professional fees imposed by Air Valet Travels Ltd. will be clearly displayed as separate line items on your invoice. These fees are charged directly by us and are non-refundable.
